-Monitoring of staff and staff Affairs (human resources)
-To monitor the money in and out daily and balance bank accounts.
-Organize and enter the file properly
-Inventory control
-Beginning in day to day accounting & administration task.
-Handling ACC. shown, receivable & General ledger.
-We are the daily data entries for invoice, sales collection and aging report.
-Calculate the monthly salary.
-, For Aging Report (suppliers, utilities, rental, services & maintenance)
-Reconcile accounts receivable transactions shown &.
-Prepare analysis of accounts.
-Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
-Produce at Maks Airshow report.
-Assist with month end RM.
-Provide supporting documentation for audits.
-Able to handle everything about all admin task/Multitasking 
Requirements :
-Female 21 & On (unmarried)
-Working Experience at least 1-2 years and above in the field of the account.
-The more experience again now
-Have at least a degree/Diploma in the field of the account.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, handling System and UBS Autocount System.
-Familiar with SQL accounting.
-Can accept criticisms with an open heart.
