- •Fully responsible on procurement process & Capex for Project, Assets (Segari & Batu Gajah) & Hatchbrood.
•Prepare monthly updates of project progress (Schedule & Completion).
•Prepare monthly forecast updates to finance and monthly project purchasing to Executive Director.
•Prepare letter, contracts and documents related to project works.
•Liaise with internal/ external parties in a professional manner as required while conveying the message accurately and in a timely manner.
•Take accurate, complete and concise minutes of meeting as required; disseminate approved minutes and follow up with relevant parties on actions taken.
•Administer all documents properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary.
•Arrange appointment, issue memo/letter, drafting letters/correspondences, arrange of flight /hotel reservation.
•Act as confidential sounding-board to the Executive Director/Deputy while demonstrating personal credibility and professional judgment.
•To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time. - Requirements :
