Requirements :
The candidate is required to carry out the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource & Administration department covering Human Capital Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits and Welfare, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Retention, and Manpower Planning, Office Administration and Corporate Secretarial matters for the Group.
Responsibilities include :
• Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent management, staffing, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention ;
• Implements and ensure compliance with Human Resource policies and procedures ;
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual ;
• Maintains and update company organization charts ;
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems ;
• Manage the recruitment and selection process. Update staff movement, resignations and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time ;
• Monitors career-pathing program ;
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system, provides guidance to appraiser, oversee proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions ;
• Conduct new employee induction programme ;
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues such as grievances, disputes, work complaints, misconduct or other employee concern ;
• Assisting in administration of Company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action;
• Indentifie employee training needs across the Company design annual training calendar and monitors the effectiveness;
• Be well informed with changes or updates on Industrial Relations and employment policies and procedures ensuring the Company keep abreast of practices and new developments. Ensuring legal and policy compliance for all issues pertaining to employee relations and discipline;
• Administer & ensure that the payroll system is implemented accurately and expeditiously;
• Work closely with Departmental Heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational issues;
• Supervise all matters relating to Office Management (including office procurement, event management), Administration (including general insurance matter) and Maintenance (including OSHA and safety, security matter including CCTV, Central Monitoring System, fire safety, safety communication system, company vehicles and premises) of the Group;
• Supervise the Customer Credit Control Unit;
• Be responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s Intellectual Properties and all IP matters and liason with IP lawyers;
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters ad liason with the Company Secretary;
• Act as secretary to relevant company committee meetings and ensure minutes are property prepared and action items followed up;
• Preparation of reports and compilation of data as and when requested by the management for review and decision making;
• Any other responsibilities as he Directiors may assign from time to time.
