ADMIN :
1.0 Stationaries & office equipment ordering
2.0 Foreign workers legislation - passport renewal, FOMEMA, Visa etc
3.0 Documentation
HR :
1.0 Handling full spectrum of HR functions, including staff benefits, payroll, compensation
schemes ,orientation , administration , termination , leave, medical , insurance , training etc
2.0 Performance evaluation / appraisals monitoring , scheduling and coordinating
3.0 Arrange interviews for the candidates
4.0 Receive new hires reporting for duty
5.0 Counselling disciplinary problems
6.0 Liaison with government bodies and hostel owner
7.0 Documentation related EPF, SOCSO and PCB
8.0 Assists in Training Need Analysis and implementation of training programs
9.0 Perform other assignments as required 
Requirements :
-Prefer possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration Human Resource or equivalent.
-Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Computer literate.
-Prefer with related working experience related field.
