- - Perform full spectrum of secretarial duties, handles confidential matters and office administrative functions.

- To ensure that all reports required by General Manager received from respective departmental head on time.
- To compile and analyze all reports received before forwarded to General Manager.
- Organizes and manages the day to day running of the General Manager's affairs to ensure the provision of high quality support.
- Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary.
- Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the General Manager's correspondence including phone calls, emails, post, fax, scan to make sure they are dealt with appropriately.
- Collects and researches information on assignment matters.
-Ensures the documentation is correctly filed, maintains an efficient filing system.
-Ensures that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the General
- Manager for meetings, trips and events.
-Meets and greets visitors to the General Manager's office as appropriate.
- G5:G6Works with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties.
-Prepare General Manager's monthly expenses claims.
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificate,Professional Certificate, Diploma, or above.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
