Requirements :
• Prepare, update and maintain HR/Admin documents
• Administer employee leave, medical, maternity claims and childcare leave claims and etc.
• Perform monthly payroll processing, EPF contributions, claim, Income Tax clearance/ IR8A.
• Assist in recruitment process and preparation of employment contract.
• Assist in organizing of Company Annual Event
• General administrative duties: stationery requisition, filling, office equipment/ supplies & postage and uniform arrangement etc.
• To undertake any other special task(s) delegated to you by your superior or management
• Maintain personal records and HR information system.
• Liaise and deal on HR matters with EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, Labour, IRB, Customs and etc.
• Preparing cheques and payment voucher
