Description :: -Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractors on design or technical matters to ensure smooth implementation of the project.
-Monitor site progress against construction programme and ensure project delivered on time.
-Plan and execute quality assurance system to ensure quality of materials and workmanship comply with consultant's drawings and specifications.
-Ensures that all site activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
-Verify main contractor and sub-contractor progress claims.
-Strong communication skills with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of the projects.
-Ensure contractor's health and safety provisions are adequate and complying with DOSH's requirements.
-Attend defect complaints by purchasers, manage rectification works and ensure timely delivery.
-Report site progress and other matters to Project Manager and/or top management regularly.
-Projects at Klang Valley.
Requirements :: -Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering / Construction -Management / Building.
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in high-rise project.
-Ability to communicate with contractors and consultants effectively.
-Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
