- - Liaise with departmental heads of recruitment planning, fulfilment of recruitment needs, establish recruitment requirements to ensure efficient utilization of human capital.
- Lead and write advertisement for recruitments and selection activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff to fulfil current and projected action plan.
- Established hiring criteria in liaison with hiring departments based on job requirements and ensures that all new staff have a proper job description upon commencement of work.
- Liaison with foreign workers agency and process of work permit of foreign workers and other related matters.
- Monitor the performance management process and ensures completion of the process by managers
- Develop, recommend, implement and review HR policies and practices in line with market and industry practice
- Develop and implement human resources and administrative policies & procedures and action plan to various departments and ensure effective enforcement.
- Develop, maintains and conduct employee orientation introduction program
- Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processing and supervise payroll administration to ensure the payroll is accurate and correct in accordance with the employees' individual benefits and the latest employment rules and regulations and to prepare and check the related documents and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time.
- Responsible to prepare and submit various payroll related reports
- Monitor and supervise subordinate in ensuring all personnel files in both paper and electronics format are updated in timely manner, maintaining the confidentiality and security of data at all times
- Work closely with the CEO/ Director to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
- Prepare monthly statutory documents - SOSCO and KWSP, etc.
- Manage staff attendance (update the online excel sheet, filing staff MC, approve staff leaves)
- Arrange for staff yearly performance review and update on the performance review results accordingly
- Preparation of new staff's equipment: laptop purchasing, workstation, email creation
- Responsible for all visa related matters (prepare employment pass for foreign workers, follow up, visa cancellation, etc.)
- Update and maintain all training and employee records
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are executed and complied upon
- Monitor and manage all benefits given to an employee
- Coordinate, organize and prepare training and development plan for employee
- Ensure compensation package are competitive to attract and retain staff
- Attends to employee's grievances and complaints and provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment and provides guidance, coaching or counseling to indiscipline employees.
- Responsible to monitor and manage the attrition trend, tardiness, absenteeism.
- Responsible to work closely with Functional Heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational issues and to conduct job description development and evaluation.
- Analyze, develop and administer competitive compensation, benefits and performance management systems
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Preferably Senior Executives to Management role specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 6 years working experience in Human Resource Department.
- Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing HR practices and legislation and Statutory requirement such as EPF, SOCSO.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A reliable and team player person with leadership skill and outgoing attitude.
- Embrace changes and develop solutions through analytical, creative and innovation thinking
- High level of integrity, self-starter with strong initiative
- Applicants must be willing to work in 1 Lagenda, Melaka and must possess own transport.
