Objective of Position
• To identify, build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders from the Business Groups to ensure smooth delivery of services as well as to be the central point of contact for any escalated issues raised by the Business Groups, being the “client advocate” for services..
• To understand senior stakeholder business requirements and expectations and work together with the Service Management team and other department to meet internal customer requirements.
• To manage stakeholder expectations – which include executive stakeholders at Corporate Level, stakeholders from each Business Group.
• To be responsible for accurate and timely business reporting function.

Fuctional Tasks:
• Meet with senior stakeholders from corporate office and across all business groups on a regular basis.
• Working together with a team of Client Service Managers ensuring that scheduled meetings occur on a regular and timely and communication with clients are ongoing.
• Communicate to the appropriate management levels within Averis, Business Groups and Participants, understand service issues and secure approval for actions to resolve them.
• Working together with operation teams to ensure service level attainment and meeting customers’ satisfaction target and expectation.

Service Management & Continuous Improvements:
• Provide input to the development of operational continuous improvement and service efficiency initiatives, to better serve business needs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Service Level Agreement and charging mechanisms for the service provided.
• Ensure that failed service levels are escalated, analyzed, resolved and followed up on a timely basis.
• Ensure all incidents and issues are documented and tracked to resolution – with communication to the client taking place at appropriate intervals. This will require working closely with the Operational Towers to ensure all open action items are addressed in a timely fashion.

Resource Management:
• Ensure that the team is well-updated with methodology advancements and Averis business process developments, in order to meet business demands.
• Provide career management and performance feedback to the Function Leads and other Service Management team members as required.
 
Requirements :
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•Required skill(s): lean six sigma certified, SAP Applications will be an added advantage.
•At least 8 year(s) of working experience in a shared service environment or related field is required for this position.
•Knowledgeable and understanding of budgeting, planning and reporting processes, strategy definition and direction.
•Understanding / experience in the support or operation functions in the Shared Service Centre
•Entrepreneurial and strong business acumen
•Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and able to manage relationships at all levels.
•Fluent in spoken and written English with knowledge of other Asian Languages would be advantageous.
•The role will require traveling to Asian Countries and this is a permanent position.
