Description :: •Act as subject matter expert for payroll and time attendance; to produce accurate and timely payroll preparation/ processing in accordance with statutory regulations and changes with the statutory bodies.
•To analyze and initiate improvement to the payroll process and best practices.
•To undertake and learn other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements :: Experience
•Should have 5 years of experience in HR
•Graduate with diploma or degree in HRM or relevant subjects from well recognized institutes
•Should have sound exposure of payroll relevant activities in manufaturing industry
•Good communication is a must with added advantage of English language
•Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel
