- •Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the factory’s HR department including recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, compensation & benefits,employee relations and payroll.
•Recruitment – Identify and manage the manpower recruitments with Department Head / manager and business unit.
•Handle all employee and industrial relations matters. Create a platform to encourage two way communications between the staff and management to facilitate a positive working environment.
•Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the company.
•Advise and assist the management team on implementation and conducting performance management system.
•Administering staff’s Training including sourcing training providers according to Training Plan, administering HRDF claims, collating the training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
•Manage and oversee Operative Training to ensure new and current plant personnels to go through proper training system. This training system includes monitoring of OJT (On Job Training), cross trainings, refresher trainings and re-certification training.
•Establish good rapport and team spirit among all levels of employees.
•Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required.
•Oversee overall company administration operation including dispatch,company car,insurance,cleanliness, facilities and security
- Requirements :
- •At lease a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline.
•5 to 7 years working experience in manufacturing background.
•Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Immigration Act and other relevant laws.
•Possess a good command of English, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership.
•Excellent knowledge in handling national union would be an added advantage.
•Experience in working with unionised workers and foreign workers is an added advantage.
