Description :: - Arrange twice weekly visit to various dealer's branch in central Pahang and east coast.
- Assist outstation contractors and coordinate technical service assignments with service manager, storekeeper, sales personnel and dealers.
- Handle walk in customer inquiry.

- Routinel check on company vehicles and provide services.
- Support in managing day-to-day operation in the after sales service
- Arrange and coordinate technical services assignments to comply with procedures and processes
- Identify improvement initiatives to improve service quality, reduce turnaround times and optimize costs
- Coordinate work assignments and follow-up on services and pending spare part
- Order/record service parts and tidiness of service vehicles and take corrective actions
- Record periodical usage, consumption and availability of service spares inventory to support the service business
- Maintain good working relationships with sales personnel suppliers and customers
- Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues in collaboration with the relevant departments
Requirements :: - Certificate/diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, - Mechanic, Bio-Engineering) or related field
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate working knowledge in technical issues
- Demonstrate working knowledge and experience in home appliances
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. - Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
PC - Excel and Word
- Must be able to travel outstation to Pahang and East Coast (Terengganu, Kelantan)
- Must be able to be based in Taman Sri Manja, Petaling Jaya.
