Description :: - To achieve DKSH sales target and mobile prepaid AOP for sales revenue and SIM Pack targets
- Engage with trade partners (dealers) based on approved sales routing in order management (canvass sales orders), stocks (delivery), merchandising and POSM,
- Recruitment of new potential dealers and termination of non-performing ones
- Organize SGA and manage mobile prepaid Foot Soldiers to drive end user conversion to mobile prepaid
- Market survey and feedback on competitor activities in assigned micro markets
- Supervising direct Sales Team
Requirements :: - Preferably with a degree in Science or Business related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ pharmaceutical sales management experience
- Excellent leadership skills to lead sales team
