Description :: - To assist in conducting and coordinating purchasing activities
- Monitoring monthly purchase for each supplier and having the right action plan in place
- Assist in all purchasing requisitions, combine purchases to secure cost advantage of volume buying as and when needed.
- Assist in cost saving budgeting and targeting (margin management)
- To assist in analyzing in market condition.
- To assist in selection of products, determines vendor from whom purchases will be made, places order, negotiates and renew contract
- Arrange shipping and managing vendor, warehouse, distribution and forwarding agent.
Requirements :: - Must be able to maintain data, prepare report using MYOB system.
- Able to communicate well both in written and spoken ; Malay and English
- Posses Diploma in Supply Chain/Accounts/Finance
