Main Function:
'- To assist the Human Resources Manager in the overall administration, co­ordination and evaluation of the human
resources functions to support the achievement of the company’s long term goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- To update and maintain the private and confidential records of the employees, such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, leave matters, medical claims, etc.
- To process payroll & staff reimbursement matters.
- To generate and update monthly HR reports, such as status of employee illness report, fluctuation report and attendance report.
- To assist in implementation of ISO and SOP for HR related matters.
- To update and maintain all information related to HR Department in the company intranet – iMS.
- To assist in recruitment sessions and conduct general orientation to all new employees.
- To issue ID card for new joining employees, to monitor and handle Falco and TMS systems.
- To assist in employee training registration and upkeep all training records as per Company’s ISO 9001 requirements. To execute HRDF claim matters when required.
- To handle flight booking, visa and hotel accommodation arrangements of all staff (exclude Directors).
- To execute all commercial and welfare insurance matters related to employees, company properties, marine, etc.
- To assist in outsourcing matters such as security services, cleaning services, etc.
- To assist in organizing company functions and events.
- To keep track and order for company stationeries, breakroom refreshments, toiletries, uniforms, etc. when needed.
- To arrange printing of letterheads, envelopes and name cards.
- To assist in sorting the courier billing to match with consignment notes and segregate the amount according to respective cost centers.
- To distribute monthly Maxis bill to each company phone line user and keep track on the usage records.
- To monitor and coordinate services for Coway, Rentokil and Initial.
- To answers all incoming phone calls.
- To sort and distribute all incoming mails.
- Any other assignments that may be assigned to you from time to t- ime.
- To co­operate with any environmental, health & safety (EHS) activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s EHS rules and regulations.
 
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Knowledge in MS Office is essential.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
