Description :: - Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Set yearly budget & targets with strategies and action plan, consistenty monitor,
control and review to ensure the achievement.
- Ensure day to day operations are running smoothly and works proceeds according to
plan
- Recommend to managements on selection of supplies
- Consistently analyze the material market demand, pricing and recommend to the top
management to ensure the smooth operation.
- Manage the overall Purchasing activities, storage operation and supplier Management
- Set departmental short & long term goal based on companies purchasing strategy.
- Develop key strategies and departmental plan to improve purchasing & storage
activities in the company.
- Initiate & enforce, implement the total customer satisfaction to all internal and external
customers.
- Set “SMART’ goals and objectives to realize the departmental and forward looking key
performance indicates (KPI) for continous improvement.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Business Studies, Mechanical Engineering
