- 1. Direct the organization recruitment activities to ensure the best selections for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and in accordance with the organization policies and standards.
2. Manage and responsible in conducting and executing recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, background search and assessing applicants to match the competencies against the requirements.
3. Place external advertisements using appropriate media for external advertisements and internal adverts for job and promotion opportunities.
4. Manage the Employee Onboarding Program.
5. Review, update and maintain Job Description & Organization Chart for the organizations.
6. Evaluate external labour market condition, internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization recruitment strategies.
7. Select and manage ongoing relationship with external recruitment agencies to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
8. uild the talent pipeline, focus on designing and executing talent management strategies and succession planning and drive culture transformation in the organization.
9. Provide support in other areas of human resources and assist in ad hoc projects as required as when required.
- Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years related experience
3. Good knowledge in Employment Legislation
4. Possess good teamwork and able to work with all levels.
5. Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
