- 1. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities
2. Develop and implements HR policies and procedure, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee welfare administration and payroll administration.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance / Accountancy, Professional Degree such as ACCA or CIMA, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management.
2. Knowledge of accounting, HR standards and laws
3. Minimum 2 years' in the capacity of Financial Controller
4. Have exposure to machinery industry
5. Hands-on experience in budgetary control and costing
6. Analytical and good in producing financial and management reports
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point
