Description :: 1. Perform full spectrum of HR functions which include payroll, recruitment, training and other HR related support services.
2. Responsible for payroll administration includes computing overtime, commission and incentive, statutory and monthly payroll report.
3. Responsible for maintenance of employee personal data such as annual leave, benefit entitlement, attendance and etc.
4. Assist in coordinate and facilitate Company’s HR policies and procedures.
5. Assist in general office administrations which include office equipment and maintenance.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in any field.
2. At least 1-2 years working experience.
3. Communicate effectively, both written and verbal (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese).
4. Computer literate, familiar with payroll system will be an advantage.
5. Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law / Employment Act will be an added value.
6. Time management and multi-tasking.
7. Positive work attitude, good interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of employees, independent and committed to work.
