Description :: - Ensure recruitment and selection of right talents to the organization by establishing effective recruitment and selection system
- Maintain organization culture, image and core values by establishing sound employee engagement program which shall include organizing of staff events and activities, campaigns and rewards
- To motivate and cultivate a positive work place environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program
- To ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning
- To ensure HR operations effectiveness and efficiency by compliance to factory’s quality procedures, HR KPIs, Statutory act, employee policy and guidelines.
- To ensure achievement of internal customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services such as providing timely and appropriate support, guidance, coaching, counseling and training to staff
- Any other responsibilities that assigned by immediate superior
Requirements :: - Degree in Human Resource Management or in related field
- At least 5 years working experience in similar capacity
- Well verse in Malaysia Employment law and its context
- Training experience
- Payroll experience
- Conversant and excellent writing skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude with high EQ
- Dynamic, proactive, responsible, committed and good working attitude.
- Adaptive and reception to change
- Highly effective, dynamic, result oriented and proactive.
