Description :: 1. Office administration :
- In-charge of purchasing office stationeries and other office items
- Back up for receptionist during absence which includes incoming calls/mails, hotel and air
2. ticket booking
3. Accounting:
- Processing of office expenses claim including miscellaneous items
- Account payable for personal claim and company’s benefits claim
4. Employee's Matters Support:
- Handles expatriate’s condominium related matters and expenses
- Assist in onboard of new comers (including computer set up)
5. IT Support:
- Acting as IT support, maintaining server room network and phone system machines
- Liaise with HQ for IT and accounting suppor
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
2. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
