- 1. Focus on the delivery of services and programs in the areas of manpower planning & recruitment as well as learning & development to support PR1MA's organisational needs.
2. Lead and advocate the implementation of organizational wide continuous learning programs/ systems (knowledge management systems and knowledge sharing sessions)to build the necessary competencies required to achieve the organization’s goals.
3. Assist in the design of capability development plans and strategic change management strategies to nurture the desired culture.
4. Manage and administer overall talent acquisition initiatives to support the organisation’s manpower requirements.
5. Drive continuous improvements in HR policies, procedures, administration, systems and infrastructure that are aligned to the demanding and challenging business environment.
- Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience / skills.
3. Age 35 – 40 years old preferably.
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all level of position.
5. Strong negotiation and people management skills.
6. Detailed oriented with good problem-solving skills.
7. Able to work under pressure in handling people.
