Description :: 1. Managing the full spectrum of human resource and admin functions and responsible
for driving and executing the people strategy in the plant.
2. Set up HR objectives, strategies and plans in line with company directions and plans;
cascade down into individual HR objectives & KPIs.
3. Review HR work processes to be in line with company needs.
4. Ensure all employees strictly adherence to the company employment terms and
conditions, rules, policies and practices.
5. Review and develop HR policies/procedures.
6. Work and agree with line managers on department structure and manning relating to
company's succession needs/output targets.
7. Identify individuals training & development needs with line managers.
8. Monitor an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff work
objectives & KPIs.
9. Ensure payroll administration to be accurate and timely. Perform periodic audit.
10. Conduct Domestic Inquiry, counselling and coaching session with employees, where
applicable, to ensure compliance to the expected conduct set by the Company.
11. Act as a consultant to all levels for HR issues matters.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Well verse in Malaysia Labour Laws.
4. Sound knowledge in HR processes.
