- 1. Develop Human Resource Management strategies to contribute to the achievement of business objectives for the Division by analyzing and reviewing trend and issues in HRM
2. Lead HR leaders in ensuring effective employee relations programs and activities are implemented in line with labor relations guidelines
3. Play an advisory role on all human capital matters
4. Design mid and long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals
5. Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of all of the following human resource functions such as manpower, recruitment & selection, budgeting, payroll, performance management as well as training and career development.
6. Supervise, train and develop the Division HR team.
7. Develop and implement Division-¬wide human resource strategies and initiatives to achieve higher employee satisfaction, retention and development of talent.
- Requirements :
- 1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
2. Degree in Human Resource Management
3. Good knowledge of regional employment laws
4. Effective leadership skills to manage several projects simultaneously and ensure the team meet deadlines including global initiatives
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken) to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
6. Traveling required
