Description :: -Ensure efficient support to the US AWC program as a AWC Specialist. Support redeployment of program Globally
-Be approachable and respond quickly when dealing with queries and requests from my clients.
-Providing expert advise in program queries and support
Lead and drive workload elimination and simplification in AWC program
-Identify best practices and share in support to drive change and affect standardization
-Promoting simplification of AWC program and be the focal point for related AWC tasks/projects
-Constantly develop, execute and support ideas in increasing client satisfaction and productivity
-Explore where possible to develop new metric's system in measuring efficiency.
-Maintaining and ensure process documents, desktop procedures and flowcharts are created/updated
-Ready to provide support for Audit in the necessary areas
-Ensure AWC program processes are Audit compliant
-Assist where possible and collaborate with internal country clients, program team members, WLP team members and KL HR -IST overall to drive teaming (such as : Accommodations Program -Owner, PwD Program Manager, Requester's Managers, Requesters, Integrated Health Services (IHS) Case Nurses, local HR Partners & etc.)
-Participating in planning and problem solving cases as well as promoting the culture of knowledge sharing
Requirements :: -Bachelor's Degree
-At least 2 years experience in HR General Skill (Payroll, Workforce, HR Program)
-English: Fluent
