g) Developing an effective engagement strategy, developing the organizational culture and managing employee relations issues.
h) To motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program
- Requirements :
- a) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree any field.
b) At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Senior HR with good understanding in manufacturing industry.
c) Knowledge in handling employee relations issue.
d) Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment
e) Analytical with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
