1. Ensure all daily market lists, purchase requisitions; store re-order requisitions are properly raised by requesting department.

2. Co-ordinate tendering process for goods and services on regular intervals.

3. Follow-up on orders with suppliers to ensure products, goods and services are delivered as per delivery date in the purchase order.

4. Review and evaluate suppliers' performance and discuss with the Purchasing Manager.

5. To provide feedback on any price fluctuations. 
Requirements :
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in hospitality industry.

2. Knowledge and understanding of product specifications.

3. Knowledge of quality requirements associated with product specification, handling and storage of all products.

4. Knowledge in Purchasing Negotiating Skills and Techniques.

5. Experience and knowledge of food safety management
