Description :: 1. In charge of full spectrum of Human Resource functions of retail chain, including legal and employment act compliance.
2. Administer recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates.
3. Handle payroll processing and salary related matters.
4. Lead the appraisal, coaching and handling of staff grievances.
5. Maintain and updating of staff database.
6. Assist in any as-hoc HR projects when assigned.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma level.
2. Mature, discreet, meticulous and independent at work.
3. Sound analytical and interpersonal skills with all levels as well as being a team player.
4. Well organized, disciplined, able to keep to deadlines and work well under pressure.
5. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
6. Applicants must be willing to work in Gemas,Negeri Sembilan.
7. Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
