Description :: 1. Work closely with hiring manager/BU Head and analyze the requirement and expectation, identify the best match candidate and conduct phone screening interview
2. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, conduct assessment, selection, interview arrangement, job offer, etc.
3. Develop sourcing channels and candidate pipeline
4. Preparation of contracts for new hire, make job offer and conduct briefing on Company background, benefits and Company policies
5. Preparation of monthly reports related to hiring activities
6. Establish good rapport with staff from across the departments
Requirements :: 1. Min. Degree in any field
2. At least 2 years working experience in recruitment
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Basic knowledge of Employment Act and HR knowledge or practices
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
6. Good interpersonal skills
7. Meticulous and detailed oriented
8. Team player
9. Multitask and able to meet tight deadlines
