Description :
To assist Exec Director in overseeing and handling the day to day operational matter, especially on tracking of deadlines and follow up with respective teams on project progress.
Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue and follow up on the instructions by the Exec Director to the respective management staff.
Carrying out specific projects, research, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Exec Director. 
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial, PR, Business Studies, Administration or Management or its equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Candidate with Business Development exposure is an added advantages.
