- 1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Staff Welfare Administration, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Industrial Relations.
2. Strategic HR Planning, Design and implement strategic HR initiatives in line with the group of companies’ vision and mission.
3. Plan, develop and implement internal training programs.
4. Coordinating staff recruitment, conducting interview and orientation programs.
5. Plan, direct and coordinate human resource activities including staff welfare and benefits.
6. Assist in foreign worker matters.
7. To handle and advise the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and other employee relation matters in compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws.
8. Providing HR information, advice and support on payroll processes. Ensure monthly payroll data is accurately processed and forwarded to the payroll section in a timely manner.
9. Other human resource related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Requirements :
- 1. Degree/Diploma Human Resource Management or its equivalent with minimum 5 years related working experience.
2. Preferably with hotel and hospitality background or similar industry.
3. Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law, Industrial Act and statutory requirements.
4. An individual with mature personality, initiative, resourceful, good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Must be able to work independently.
