Description :: 1. To activate recruitment process upon received of approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF), understand from the hiring manager on the job description, qualification, skills and knowledge required of the job vacancy
2. To ensure hiring of right person for the right job
3. To conduct Competency Gap Analysis with Department Managers, understand the employee competency gap, compile and develop Employee Training NeedAnalysis, Training Plan and Training Budget in a yearly basis
4. To evaluate Training effectiveness by using Kirk Patrick evaluation model
5. To ensure Training Report to be submitted to Corporate Talent Management before 10th of every month
6. To liaise with PSMB on Training application, Training claim for approved training program
7. To submit the monthly HRDF status to Corporate Talent Management before 10th of every month
8. To develop and implement the Training Policy
9. To review and revised the policy in half yearly basis
10. To execute Training and Recruitment process accordance to QP-HRD-01 (Recruitment Procedure) and QP-HRD-02 (Training Procedure)
11. To design, plan and organize employee events, campaign and activities
12. The objective is promote PHHP culture and to cultivate a learning and positive work environment
13. Any other responsibilities that assigned by immediate superior
Requirements :: -Preferably Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
-At least 3 years related working experience
