- • Acquire up-to-date information on the company’s talent needs
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our competition and market trends affecting the labor market.
• Build a network of contacts and relationships in their area of expertise which gives them inside information on the business, competitor strategies and competitor organizational structure in their area of expertise.
• Understand the skills and knowledge of recruiting and staffing in order to manage and coach team members and educate hiring managers
• Provide training and appropriate career path planning. Mentor direct reports regarding-long range development issues.
• Manage a budget within targets and spending guidelines.
• Make good business decision regarding candidate costs including offers.
• Partner with executive searches including the finding, offering and closing of senior and executive candidates.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills and serves as a champion and advocate for talent acquisition. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Computer literate at least in MS Office
• Possess the ability to exhibit strong leadership skills and to serve as an evangelist for ON Semi and ON Semi’s Talent acquisition.
• Possess the knowledge of recruiting principles to attract, select, and close candidates and staffing principles relating to optimizing staffing mix required.
• Experience in developing workforce planning strategies preferred.
• Prior management experience in a high tech environment preferred
