- Responsible to assist Head of Division in managing and enhance respective key performance areas, scheduling & timely execution of projects including proposal of corrective action plans designed to address improvement on staff salary and benefits,staff retention and development, operations standards, appraisal and compliance matters.
2. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
3. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
4. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
5. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Ensure effective use of resources & identifying core competencies for optimum productivity & efficiency.
6. Responsible for staff motivation & retention while establishing and maintaining improvement activities or projects.
7. Work closely with other Divisions in identifying, introducing and executing improvement activities or development activities that aim at , uplifting and improving Honda ‘s image, performance and business value, besides sustaining the staff and resources.
8. Maintain a customer¬focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving employees and employers lifetime value.
9. Responsible to build strong relationship and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, vendors, suppliers and local authorities whilst maintaining highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Requirements :
- 1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines
2. Min 5 years working experience in automotive will be an added advantage
3. Knowledge in Automotive industry ie employees & competitors behavioral and industry
trends.
4. Experience in project management in HR development and analytical thinking will be an
added advantage
5. Age 30 years old and above.
6. Sufficient knowledge in Employment Act & Statutory Act
7. Able to communicate effectively at all levels
8. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialect.
9. High competency in Microsoft Office
