Description :: 1. Responsible to provide full spectrums of HR services
2. Performs full complement of Human Resources duties including payroll processing, OT calculation, mid-month allowance, update leave records and day to day operational supports.
3. Responsible timely submission of documents to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso and Income tax
4. Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing
5. Assist in administering recruitment, interview, orientations, promotion, disciplinary and separation process.

Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
2. Required skill(s): ubs payroll system, MS Office.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in SUBANG JAYA SS19.
6. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
7. Familiarity with UBS software is an added advantage
