Description :
- Assist the Shared Service Centre (SSC) Head by shaping and driving continuous improvement opportunities for Wilmar International Shared Services as part of a global, high-performance shared service organization.
- Responsible for the programme management and driving of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives for SSC.
- Work closely with different stakeholders to gather feedback on areas for improvement.
- Manage projects involving changes to the services provided by the SSC.
- Perform analysis, identify key issues and relationships and conduct investigations into reasons for variances, exceptions or discrepancies.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and develop materials for management meetings.
- Manage transition of service delivery into the SSC to ensure minimal adverse effects experienced by users and the businesses.
- Manage allocation of resources (both human & technical) and the monitoring of resource utilization during transition.
- Monitor and introduce areas for improvement by acquiring and providing feedback from/to the customers and Team Leads, tracking performance statistics from the SLA - Report and benchmarking against the industry.

Wilmar International Shared Services Setup Phase
- Lead the transition efforts and manage different teams or stakeholders in ensuring successful transfer of activities for service countries, for instance process documentation, knowledge transfer, job shadowing and training delivery to up skill new hires.
- Lead other setup activities as required. 
Requirements :
- At least a good University degree or equivalent.
- Experience with good understanding of a generic business model of a shared services center of a multinational corporation will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of continuous process improvement methodologies, tools and procedures; and the ability to train/coach others in the application.
- Possess strong business acumen & influence the right business decisions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a good problem-solver.
- Able to communicate effectively, influence and manage change.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Familiar with AP, AR, GA concepts, methods, terminology and appropriate application to new or ambiguous situations.
- Recognize basic terminology/concepts associated with planning, management & cost accounting, fixed assets.
- Extensive experience with data control processes and deep knowledge of business systems and supporting interface architectures.
- Excellent customer service skills, and able to address customer issues directly.
- Able to identify opportunities to exceed the expectations of the customer and guides others on conflict management tactics and principles.
- Aware of the training requirements, competency model, performance management approach, and other HR systems and administration.

PGEO Group is wholly owned by Wilmar International Limited, one of Asia's largest integrated agribusiness groups.

PGEO Group’s main activity is the manufacturing of edible oils. Its activities are vertically integrated, beginning with the conversion of crude oils into refined oil products to the marketing of these oil products in bulk, steel drums and consumer packs for the local and international markets. It has one of the largest refining capacities in the country with eight refineries in Peninsular and East Malaysia. Annually, PGEO Group refines more than 4 million metric tonnes of edible oils and about 90% are exported overseas to China, India, Unites States, EU countries, Middle East, Pakistan, Japan, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
