Description :: 1. Responsible in preparing the monthly payroll which includes monthly salary processing and submission of statutory contributions on time and accurate Yearly Statutory Report (Borang E, EA Form)
2. Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing
Responsible for dealing with the relevant government and regulatory bodies (ie. EPF, SOCSO, IRB & etc)
Experience in handling work permits application, renewal & cancellation, foreign worker contracts and etc.
Familiar with the Malaysia Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
3. Assist Head of Department in any ad-hoc HR related tasks, projects & issues

Tampin Sin Yong Wai Industry Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturer of steel wire products. Located in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan, the company started its manufacturing business in 1994.

Currently, the company has two factories which are located in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan and Malacca. Raw material is processed at the rate of 3,000 metric tonnes per month into wire mesh and common nails. We also supply hot dipped galvanized wire, chain link fencing and barbed wire.
