Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the CEO and management. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests:
•Provide administrative and clerical support to CEO.
•Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
•Alert Academic Council and managers about cancelations or new meetings.
•Manage travel and schedule.
•Handle information requests.
•Prepare correspondence.
•Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
•Prepare statistical reports.
•Manage spreadsheets.
•Greet and receive visitor.
•Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
•Coordinates office management activities.
•Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
•Prepare agenda for meetings.
•Takes and transcribes dictation.
•Helps prepare CEO office budget.
•Plans events and volunteer activities.
•Maintain office procedures.
•Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
•Coordinate committees and task forces.
•Relay CEO’s directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
•Receive and relay telephone messages.
•Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
•Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system..
Secondary
•Supports marketing presentations by assembling sales kits, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and schools marketing booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
•Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
•To perform effectively and in timely manner works assigned and undertake any other support duties as may be required from time to time by the General Manager.
•Perform other related duties as required
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Personal Services, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): MS Office.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Sendayan.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
