•Prepare invoices, quotation, delivery orders, letters, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, MYOB software or presentation software
•Read and analyze incoming memos, letter and letters to determine their significance and plan their distribution
•Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
•File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
•Monitor date of expiry of payments and send reminders to customers
•Coordinate and increase company sales revenue
•Assist monthly accountant in doing the company accounts
•Other admin duties
 
Requirements :
•Internet / Microsoft Office savvy
•Must be able to read, type, speak in both Chinese and English to liaise with associates
•Knowledge on MYOB
•Able to multi-task & work late if required
•Familiar with CPF & Gebiz will be an added advantage
•Friendly and approachable
•Minimum one year experience in Singapore of admin post
