Description :: Handling private and confidential matters and perform secretarial to the MD.
Answer and screens phone calls and manages the MD email.
Handling travel and accommodation arrangement i.e. flight and hotel reservations.
Maintain good working order to all business correspondences, record and administrative facilities which include mail, fax distribution, filing/ documents keeping.
Ability to control and maintain multi-task efficiently.
Dealing with general correspondences with internal and external parties.
Other secretarial duties and assignments as instructed by the Management.
Perform any other duty as and when require
Requirements :: At least 1 - 2 years working experience, computer literate, able to start work immediately is an advantage
