- Assist to MD on arranging personnel & business appointment.
- Arranging of ground fetching, air ticket and accommodation for visitors.
- Accompany MD to attend meeting is required.
- Prepare marketing proposal and information collection.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is advantage.
- Responsible : Attendance at Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, -Extraordinary Meetings, etc.
- Preparation of the respective meeting notice, agendas, minutes of meetings. 
Requirements :
- A recognized Diploma and / or Degree in Business Administration / Public Relation / Secretary.
- Relevant PA / Secretary experience which includes extensive diary management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia / English and Mandarin.
