- •Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by Management.
•Prepares monthly Human Resources Reports.
•Manage and update employee data and personal files.
•Review and track employee leave utilization.
•Handle confirmation, performance appraisal, promotion and all employee benefits and claims.
•Providing full administration support to HR Manager including writing up memorandum, correspondence and complex data and documentation.
•Coordinate training and handle HRDF claims.
•Handle foreign workers permit and foreign students visa & permits.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Preferably candidates from hotel industry.
