Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. 
Requirements :
Knowledge in Construction & hardware material will be an added advantage
Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage
22- 36 olds, with working experience will be considered
With own transport and able to travel outstation
Min SPM or Higher Education, Proficiency in Mandarin, English & BM
Computer literate & able to work independently with good discipline
