- •Responsible for Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, payroll administration, performance evaluation / review & employee relations.
•Issuance of staff appointment letter, confirmation, memorandums extension and any other documents related to staff employment.
•To process, prepare and print out salary report fortnightly and arrange document for submission to the bank and responsible for all statutory payments on timely basis to EPF, SOCSO, etc.
•To handle disciplinary issue, staff counseling, motivation and other industrial or employee relation matters.
•To monitor employee's performance appraisal and probation.
•Other ad-hoc task are assigned by Managing Director as when required.
•To assist and ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of all HR functions ie. maintenance of employee's personnel file, payroll, employee's attendance record, leave records etc. - Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Business Studies/Administration /Management, Human Resource Management/Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources/Accounts or equivalent.
•Applicants must be willing to travel. (Possess own transport)

Our Company begins its first fashion clothing retail outlet at Complex Yik Yik, Teluk Intan since 1988 and soonest has created newly brand "K&M" fashion product in the local market, mainly targeted on low income group consumers. Currently, we are the core importer of "K&M" fashion products not only for our outlet retailing, but also for wholesales's supplies. The management has foreseen the potential grow and competition of the clothing selling market. By year 2006, We took a decision to invest our first clothing making plant in Guang Zhou, China to deliver continuously the fashion clothing supplies to our own outlet and fulfill customer's demand instead rely only on his China's suppliers. We believe that this approach will totally cut off the cost and push an increase in the profit from the overall sales.
