- To advise the management on all human resources matters, planning & implementation of human resources programmes in tandem with company's business plans.
- To handle the entire planning and execution of strategic Human Resources & Admin within the organization, with the aim to meet overall company's performance objectives.
- To develop HR & Admin policies & procedure in compliance to the company policy.
