Description :: - To identify sales and new business opportunities, to secure new customers
- To develop and follow up on all sales leads to achieve sales targets/quotas
- To provide good customer service, attend to enquiries and orders
- To develop and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customers
- To monitor and ensure effective payment collections in accordance to Co's credit policy
- To provide regular customers' feedbacks, market updates and trends for improvement plans
- To resolve customers' complaints/feedbacks and to troubleshoot arising issues
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): knowledge in recruitment of foreign worker.
