Description :: - Perform full spectrum of HR functions
- Ensuring compliance with all local laws, Sabah Labour Ordinance Cap 67, government requirements, regulations, and policies.
- Provides guidance and recommendations on applicable HR regulations and legal aspects
- Conduct investigations on complaints of employee’s conduct and take necessary actions.
- To prepare monthly and yearly basis training schedule.
- To prepare and analyze training report for management review.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by management
Requirements :: - Posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, HRM or equivalent.
- Have at least 3-5 years hands on experience in the related field.
- Independent with minimum supervision and able to withstand work pressure.
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with UBS – HRMS & Payroll Systems.
- Knowledge and exposures in ISO 9001 will be an added value.
- Knowledge in EPF, Socso, PCB/Taxation and Sabah Labour Ordinance Cap. 67.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources (Generalist) or equivalent.
- Multi-tasking.
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of current human resource practices and all legislation and regulations pertaining to Human Resource Management.
