- Provide high level advice, analysis and executive support to the Pro Vice Chancellor/CEO including:
1. Undertaking strategic project and policy work, carrying out strategic and corporate planning exercises, and drafting briefing papers as directed by the Pro Vice Chancellor/CEO.
2. Undertaking research, data analysis and providing commentary on matters relating to the activities of the organization
3. Preparing and drafting correspondence, minutes of meetings, submissions and reports
4. Organising and running corporate/executive programs
5. Undertaking any other duties relevant and appropriate to this level or as directed by the PVC/CEO, UON Singapore - Requirements :
- A University degree (Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage)
Demonstrated ability to undertake research and prepare briefings, discussions, strategy and position documents
Extensive relevant work experience in providing executive level support for Senior Management personnel
High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and cooperate and communicate effectively with people at all levels
Demonstrated excellence in the use of a range of software applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc
High level organizational and administrative skills, including handling high volumes of a broad range of complex and sensitive matters
Demonstrated ability in problem solving, priority setting, and working to deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member - Lowest Qualification :
