Description :: - Manage and process the company's payroll and other payroll related duties.
- Compliance to the statutory / regulatory matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, EA, etc. This is also includes keeping abreast with the statutory contribution changes and correspondence with the said bodies.
- Oversee salary administration, variable compensation plan and staff movement record.
- Responsible for HRIS system maintenance, daily HR operations, correspondences and staff personal profiles.
- Provide statistical reports for management reporting, statutory requirements and other Company requirements.
- Assist the HR Manager in coordinating the performance management process and compile data for salary review / bonus analysis.
- Manage compensation & benefits scheme and market benchmarking exercise.
- Oversee the administration of staff benefits such as employee medical benefits, SOCSO & Insurance claim, leave, etc.
- Support business HR on employment related matters such as issuance of Letter of Employment, Confirmation, etc.
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or its equivalent.
- Knowledge in local legistration including Employment Act, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO) and tax regulations are mandatory.
- At least five (5) years of working experience in related field is required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, effectively manage time and with attention to details.
- Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must. Ability to speak in Mandarin and local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
