Description :: -Oversee company's overall recruitment functions including entry and exit interviews, re-employment appointments, employee's compensation package and new hires orientation
-Keep abreast and comply with the latest HR legislative development and requirements
-Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support business objectives and to promote City Gas values
-Review, update and enhance policies and standard operating procedures
Implement health and work-life activities in the company and administer application for the Singapore Health Award and Work-life Excellence Award
-Organise quarterly Employee Communication Session
-Administer medical and insurance benefits which include verify medical claims in SAP system, assist in the yearly renewal of Employee Benefits Insurance and process insurance claims
-Any other related activities and tasks as assigned by Division/Branch Head
Requirements :: -Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
-Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
-Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good team player and meticulous
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
